I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite basic and rather dark, located right next to a courtyard and indoor breakfast area. They were clean and nice, but lacking a bit of brightness. The service was friendly and very helpful, with knowledgeable staff who suggested good eateries around. The location was great, near the foot of the 2 main shopping streets and within walking distance of key sites in Sevilla. However, the room lacked privacy due to the window opening to the courtyard. The dining options were varied, but some food seemed recycled, catering more to European tastes than fresh fruits. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was a bit skeptical as the room I received didn't quite match the pictures, but after requesting a change to one with a roof terrace, my stay improved. The room itself was cozy but on the smaller side, lacking a proper outdoor view. The staff, particularly at the reception, were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us in a passport mishap in Malaga. The location was very central, making it convenient to explore Seville's attractions, although the room's limited privacy due to a window facing the courtyard was a downside. Dining options were satisfactory, and the overall experience was good for the price paid.

The hotel is centrally located, near the main attractions, and offers spacious rooms with a Jacuzzi system in the bathtub. The staff is incredibly helpful and the recommended Flamenco show was a highlight. On the downside, the advertised soundproofing needs improvement, and brighter lights in the rooms would be beneficial.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms are quite big compared to other hotels and feature a Jacuzzi system in the bathtub. However, the soundproofing is not effective and brighter lights would enhance the space.
Service
9.0

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy due to the broken safe, and you could hear all the noise from the communal area. However, the central location was convenient for exploring the sights and shopping. The service was a highlight, with knowledgeable and friendly staff, although some cleanliness issues soured the experience. The dining was average, and the facilities were acceptable.

Rooms

The noise from the internal courtyard and reception was a drawback, and the open plan design made it hard to escape the sounds like conversations and breakfast noises.
Service

Location
8.0

Dining
5.0
The dining experience was average, with some days-old bread and cheese offerings and sparseness in the menu. Breakfast was included, but the variety was lacking.
Facilities
6.0
Overall, the facilities met basic needs, but there were cleanliness issues like the absence of soap in the lobby restroom for days.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with an Andalusian touch, but unfortunately, they overlooked a noisy outside alleyway, disturbing my sleep until early hours. The lack of natural light made the room feel a bit claustrophobic at times.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious with great Andalusian decoration, but the noise from the outside alleyway was disruptive. The lack of natural light was a downside.

The dining experience had its quirks. The buffet style leaned more towards European preferences, and the breakfast hours clashed with check-out time, making it a rush for an early meal.
